Labodét offers accessories for tech gadgets such as iPhone cases, AirPods and AirPods Pro cases, Apple Watch straps, and a range of small leather goods including cardholders, glasses cases, passport covers, and wallets. Accessories are crafted with a variety of genuine leathers. As an aftermarket reseller, Labodét also offers customized iPhones.

Each product at Labodet.com has a label of availability: Made to Order or Pre-Order.

Most of the items are made to order. Production of such items starts immediately after the order has been placed and the transaction confirmed. These items take up to 15 business days to craft and dispatch after order confirmation. Making items to order ensures your specific order gets the full attention of the craftsmen and their skill.

Items labeled as Pre-Order have not yet been released and will become available at a later date. The dispatch and shipping information of such items is available on their product page. Once a pre-order is placed, we will charge the amount on your card and send an order confirmation email.

Labodét leather goods are produced at the workshop located in Paris, France. Orders placed at Labodet.com are shipped from the workshop in Paris, France.

Most of Labodét iPhone cases allow for wireless charging. For more information, please refer to specific product pages.

AirPods and AirPods Pro cases allow for wireless charging.

Most of iPhone cases by Labodét are compatible with the MagSafe Charger and other MagSafe accessories. For more information, please refer to specific product pages.

Labodét guarantees the authenticity of all products sold on Labodet.com. Each Labodét item is issued an Authenticity Certificate with a unique serial number enclosed to the item. Expert artisans craft Labodét products from highest-grade natural materials with extreme care and quality standards. All items are crafted in Paris, France, following the methods of traditional leather-making.

Personalization service is available for Classic Cases in all types of leather. Up to 3 English Alphanumeric characters can be added to a case. The characters are made from stainless steel and hand-polished. The personalization service adds 5-8 business days to the production time. Items with personalization are not subject to returns, refunds, or cancellations. The images shown are approximate visuals of the final product. Leather is a natural material which may change its color, get softer, and acquire a patina over time. It should be protected from humidity, overexposure to light or heat. It is not recommended to use manufactured leather care products. The best way to care for your leather accessory is to wipe it with a clean soft and microfiber cloth. For more care tips please read the Materials & Care page.

A custom iPhone is an iPhone with a refurbished, custom-made back panel. This design upgrade is the only difference between original and custom iPhones. Due to the design upgrade, a custom iPhone does not need and cannot be used with a case. Materials used for the back panel redesign include supreme genuine alligator leather, carbon fiber, and 18-karat gold.

A custom iPhone is still an iPhone and functions the same, including mobile and Wi-Fi signals. However, the functionalities listed below differ from the original: 

- it does not support MagSafe or wireless charging;
- it is resistant to humidity but not water-resistant;
- installed LED light consumes up to 2% of the battery's full capacity at the highest intensity. 

Such a service is not available.

For iPhone safety information, please refer to the original Apple guide. Additional guidelines for custom iPhone maintenance:

- avoid direct contact with liquids, such as water, perfume, cosmetics, greasy substances, hydroalcoholic solutions, and damp or humid environments;
- avoid exposure to direct sunlight or extreme heat;
- wipe carbon fiber and leather with a soft dry microfiber cloth;
- polish gold details occasionally.

Labodét warrants customized iPhones against defects in customized parts, its materials, and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of original purchase.

This warranty includes repairs of the customized back panels and electronics.

This warranty does apply to:

- replacement parts, such as batteries, display glass, etc.;
- cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and broken plastic on ports unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship;
- damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, liquid contact, or other external cause;
- defects caused by normal wear and tear.

The price includes the cost of the original iPhone, superior materials, an expert workforce, and specially developed processes and technologies. These elements ensure the exceptional quality of each hand-assembled custom device and justify its luxury status.

The images of products shown at Labodet.com should accurately represent the actual colors and leather patterns.

However, the colors may have shade variations. The screen setting of your device may cause these variations, or they may occur during leather treatment and dyeing processes.

The scale patterns shown on Labodet.com may differ from the final products. This is because each genuine hide has a unique pattern. There are smaller and larger scales throughout the hide's stretch. Since one hide is generally used to craft multiple items, the exact cut for your case may differ from the images shown on the website.

Only one payment method is accepted per order.

After the order is placed and payment is processed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order's details. If you have received an order confirmation email, your order was placed successfully.

Changes to an order can be placed within 24 hours at orders@labodet.com. Please include the order number and a detailed description of the changes in your request.

Orders placed on labodet.com are processed quickly to ensure a speedy delivery. Should you decide to cancel your order, please email at orders@labodet.com within 24 hours of your order.

In some cases, depending on the local Customs office laws of the destination country, import duties and taxes may apply and are to be paid by the customer upon delivery of goods. The customer assumes the responsibility of any applicable fees. Additional documents may be required for some orders and can delay the delivery.

Import duties and taxes do not apply for orders shipped within France and the European Union.

Labodét provides international shipping for all orders placed at labodet.com.

Orders are delivered worldwide by DHL Express which takes 3-7 business days. The shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

When your order is released from production and submitted to the delivery service, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number of your order. 

Please note that in some cases, Customs procedures may delay the original shipping time frame.

Delivery with DHL Express takes between 3-7 business days. The time may vary depending on the destination country and purchased item.

Items marked as Made to Order are dispatched to the courier service within up to 10-14 business days.

Shipping information for Pre-Order items is available on their product pages.

The delivered order requires to be signed for upon receipt.

Delivery to P.O. Box is unavailable.

If you need to modify your shipping or delivery information after an order has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@labodet.com. Once your order has been shipped, it is not possible to modify the shipping or delivery information.

Returns are available within 15 days of delivery for the reason of damages only. Items with slight differences of shade between your received item and online images are not subject to a return.

If you wish to return a faulty item, please notify us at orders@labodet.com. Our Customer Service will gladly assist you with the return process. The item must be returned to us within 15 days of your notification.

Please read our Refund Policy for full information and instructions. 

Exchanges are available within 15 days of delivery for the reason of damages only. Items with slight differences of shade or pattern between your received item and online images cannot be exchanged.

If you wish to exchange an item, it should be sent to us as a return within 15 days from the date of delivery. Once the returned item is received and accepted, we will notify you and process the refund. You can proceed to purchase a new item.

The cost of delivering a return item is covered by the customer and is non-refundable. In case an item is accepted as faulty, the cost of delivery is covered by Labodét.

Please provide a valid tracking number of the return parcel to Customer Service when sending an item back.

Items returned by mail to the warehouse will be processed within 15 business days from receipt. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been completed. Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment.

Labodét operates as an online store with goods available only at Labodet.com.
